She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. To date, her most notable case is Lozano, et. al. v. City of Hazleton.
Attorney Daniels earned her law degree and Master of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Cincinnati where she was the co-founder of the SuCasa Immigration Clinic and member of The Immigration and Nationality Law Review.
